This was my favorite job to have ever done. Every morning we took a boat from Pine Island to North Captiva which took about 30 minutes each way. This beautiful luxury house we were building was right on the beach so it was excellent working conditions for us. TOP NOTCH CARPENTRY built every aspect of this house with the HIGHEST QUALITY standards. We built the rough frame and went on from there. We did all the 1x6 decking with band boards, all the 1x6 tongue and groove ceilings, custom soffit, set the door and windows, built the exterior bar, did all the custom designed hardie board siding with waves incorporated into the design, hand made/carved all the decorative lightboxes, built the pool deck, did all the custom pineapple cutout handrails, put in custom wood shelving in all the bedroom closets, put up all the metal facia, helped the roofer put on the metal roof, we even helped the painters caulk all the hole to make sure the job was done RIGHT and to TOP NOTCH QUALITY.
