SEA BRIGHT — While construction on the Highlands bridge has increased traffic during the day, local residents have also been disturbed by construction at times lasting throughout the night. Demolition of the 75-year-old drawbridge, which connects the boroughs of Highlands and Sea Bright, began in July.
